Cluster Shepherds

The Cluster Shepherds

1. Shall represent the Council of Servant Leaders in his assigned Cluster to ensure the implementation of the statutes, policies and programs of the BLD Community.
2. Shall uphold the unity and harmonious relationship among the members of the District Council of Stewards.
3. Shall make himself readily available to offer counseling to the members of the District Council of Stewards.
4. Shall report to the Council of Servant Leaders on all matters affecting their cluster.
5. Shall liaise with the diocese in regard to the life and ministry of the BLD Community, primarily the establishment of the new BLD Community prayer groups or districts.
